Shipping days
We ship Monday through Friday; all orders placed and paid before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders above $200 will be shipped free of charge with Track & Trace. Do you order above $300? Then we will send it registered free of charge; this requires a signature upon receipt.

Delivery Times

We deliver Monday to Saturday. If you place an order on Saturday evening, it will not be processed until the next working day.

Orders placed before 15:00 p.m. EST will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 p.m. CST will be delivered the next morning.

Incorrect entries

If you have entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our online support and we will assist you.

The package says “Delivered” but it is not there

Tracking reports that orders have occasionally been delivered before they are actually delivered. Please allow an extra business day to ensure your package is not simply late. If your package is still missing, please contact us so we can investigate.
