Please provide as much information as possible, including order number, full name, address, phone number, and RETURN REASON. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return the package to us. Any refund, credit, or replacement will be issued once the return is received and processed.

Damaged/missing items

Please send us an image with a photo of the defective or broken item if your order arrives damaged or broken. If your claim is approved, we will start the compensation process immediately.

Wrong articles

If we have sent you the wrong items, please email us with a photo of your delivery note and what you received. If your claim is approved, you can keep the incorrect item and we will take the necessary steps to compensate you.

  • Refund your entire order/item(s).
  • Add the corresponding amount of your order/items to your account in the form of reward points
  • Send you a replacement with first class shipping at no additional cost

Clearance items are not included. We do not accept replacements, returns or refunds on clearance items. Clearance items are sold as is.

We will not compensate you for orders where you have entered your address or payment information incorrectly. It is your responsibility to double check your details. If you email us before your order ships, we can make changes for you.
